Philile has over 18 years of experience in the Interior Design industry in Project Management/ Account Management and more recently in the Operations Management role for IRON Design & Build. With a background in Psychology from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal and a Bachelor of Social Science Degree, Philile developed a keen interest in Interior Design in 2002. Through concerted effort in understanding her client’s needs and requirements, when it comes to office design, Philile has successfully completed a number of projects over the years providing inspiring solutions for her corporate clients.
